Shipping policy

Shipping Partner
All items from our range are shipped via DHL (formerly Deutsche Post). After your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing the parcel number (tracking ID).

Delivery Time
Your order will be processed by us promptly upon receipt. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours for payments made by instant bank transfer, PayPal / PayPal Plus, Amazon Payment, credit card, or purchase on invoice, provided the item is in stock.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat rate per order, regardless of weight or number of parcels. We ship exclusively in insured parcels with DHL. 

Shipping within Germany
Free of charge*
*From a minimum order value of €99. Below this, a flat shipping fee of €4.50 per order applies.
